Module 5: Provisionals - Surgical Perspective FOR ANTERIOR IMPLANTS
This module will discuss the importance of provisionals to shape and contour tissue margins. The focus of this module is to teach how to use provisionals to make a case go from good to amazing. Step by step instruction through cases and video will teach you how to finalize the tissue shape and margins to prepare for the final restoration.

• How to modify and shape provisionals to mold tissue contours
• Instruments and techniques to modify provisionals will be presented
• How to use soft tissue grafts in conjunction with provisionals to change tissue margins.
Module 6: Immediate Loading with Immediate Provisionals IN THE ESTHETIC ZONE
This module will discuss immediate loading with a provisional. We will discuss how to ensure you get adequate primary stability for immediate loading. The criteria for immediate loading and how to fabricate an immediate provisional.

AIP Members Will Learn:
• Understand the factors that allow immediate loading and the risks involved.
• The benefits of immediate loading for anterior implants.
• How to alter your osteotomies to increase primary stability
• Creating provisionals with lab prefabricated shells, scanned immediate implants, and the patient’s tooth.
• How to immediately load an implant with minimal risk.
• Cases of immediate loading will be shown with surgical photographs and video.
Module 7: Delayed Implant Placement IN THE ESTHETIC ZONE
This module will discuss how to extract a tooth and maintain the soft tissue contours when immediate implant placement is not possible. We will cover steps and protocols to support tissues and maintain esthetics to allow an esthetic final result.

AIP Members Will Learn:
• Discuss the criteria for when a delayed implant placement is recommended
• Present approach to grafting sockets without disturbing the papillas
• Maintaining soft tissue contour through the use of soft tissue grafts like pedicle CTG’s, socket seals, and tunnelled soft tissue grafts.
• How to use provisionals to support the soft tissue contours during the healing periods.
• Protocols for implant placement and how to stage the uncovers and provisional phases to maximize esthetics.
